• Question: Why do people purchase burlap bags?
Answer: Burlap bags are important to store your fish in during the day on your trip. The hot sun can ruin your catch if kept in a plastic bag. The burlap bag helps to ensure your fish stay cool and fresh. By wetting the bag throughout the day and purchasing a bag of ice you help to keep your fish as fresh as possible.
